SHIPPING

I aim to package your product as securely as possible to ensure that it has the best possible chance at a safe trip from our doorstep to yours. If this has unfortunately not been your experience, please see above for instructions on how to deal with damaged items. A4 and A3 products are packaged in clear plastic sleeves with a card backing board and finally put into a mailing envelope for shipping. A1 products are shipped in mailing tubes.

Orders are shipped with Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please ensure correct shipping information is entered and check your order confirmation email. Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, I cannot take responsibility for delays, loss, or delivery errors — please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number for assistance.

Organised pickup can be arranged for Brisbane-based friends and family! Please email helloemilyedit@gmail.com or message on Instagram with your order to arrange the date and time of collection.

RETURNS

Please purchase wisely as we do not offer refunds based on change of mind. If the product is damaged, however, please take photos of the product as best you can in the state in which it was sent to you. Email helloemilyedit@gmail.com and advise me of your issue so we can look into it further for you. All claims for damaged items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
